I’m humbled to say I’ve been broadly exposed to the Real Estate Market & it’s forever evolving trends for over 12 + Years now since 2010. My journey began with Dell Inc. & then moved abroad for hugher studies & upon my return to India began my journey with Systel Inc. For a journey that lasted a couple of years post which i had the opportunity to venture into the Franchising Business with Subway Restaurants whilst simultaneously learning & investing in the real estate business.

After years of exposure as a customer-centric Individual, Focused Leadership & Extensive knowledge in Real Estate had me associate with PVR Developers as a Director of Sales, Marketing & Business Development & the association had manifested tremendous growth for all parties involved in a short span of time.

I also happen to be an investor in a few other business entities as well. I am a Professional RERA Certified Consultant with Affiliations to Hyderabad Realtors Association (HRA) & National Association Realtors, India (NAR India.)

My primary aim is to collaborate with developers /builders & assist them in the establishment of a Sales Eco System at the organisational level in order to have an independent sales model that would allow developers to establish processes & systems which will enable them to function smoothly & help them in liquidating their inventory with ease by implementing the latest methods & tools. Thus reducing costs & reliance on external dependencies to a large extent.
